How many crowd investors am I allowed to have?

According to the SEC, there is no limit to the number of investors you can have.

Access to the securities and offers and sales of securities appearing on the truCrowd funding portal is limited to residents only. As such, to become an Authorized User on the truCrowd platform, you must affirm and verify your residency. Similarly, any issuer seeking to be listed on the truCrowd website must be based in, and limited to, .
