Early completion of an offering is possible.

If an issuer reaches the target offering amount prior to the deadline identified in its offering materials, the issuer may close the offering on a date earlier than the deadline identified in its offering materials provided that:

The offering remains open for a minimum of 21 days;
The intermediary provides notice to any potential investors, and gives or sends notice to investors that have made investment commitments in the offering, of:
1. The new, anticipated deadline of the offering;
2. Access to the securities and offers and sales of securities appearing on the truCrowd funding portal is limited to residents only. As such, to become an Authorized User on the truCrowd platform, you must affirm and verify your residency. Similarly, any issuer seeking to be listed on the truCrowd website must be based in, and limited to, .
