What are the fees for investing and listing offerings?

None for investors! Creating an account, access to the offerings, investing, guidance and support throughout the process, and post-campaign communication are all free services.

We only charge the companies up to 12% success fee, with a non-refundable listing fee of $3,500 payable up-front, this listing fee is credited towards the success fee. Additionally, anybody that owns more than 20% in the startup and the executive team has to do a "bad actor" check. Here is how the SEC defines it. There is a cost for each "control person." The pricing of the check is as follows: $45 for US based persons and entities, $100 for International persons, and $160 for International entities.

Access to the securities and offers and sales of securities appearing on the truCrowd funding portal is limited to residents only. As such, to become an Authorized User on the truCrowd platform, you must affirm and verify your residency. Similarly, any issuer seeking to be listed on the truCrowd website must be based in, and limited to, .
