Can the entrepreneur cancel my investment?

It is a rare occurrence, but yes, it is possible. The entrepreneur can cancel your investment. 

The entrepreneurs have the same cancellation rights as you. Legally, entrepreneurs may cancel your investment for any reason. For example, if they found you are a competitor.

Access to the securities and offers and sales of securities appearing on the truCrowd funding portal is limited to residents only.
