What happens with the money I pledge?

When you pledge, your money will be moved from your investment account into an escrow account. After the funding goal is reached, the securities will be transferred to the new investors. The money will then be moved from the escrow account into the entrepreneur's account. If the offering was canceled, the money will be moved back to your investment account. The same thing will happen if you decide to cancel your investment.

Access to the securities and offers and sales of securities appearing on the truCrowd funding portal is limited to residents only. As such, to become an Authorized User on the truCrowd platform, you must affirm and verify your residency. Similarly, any issuer seeking to be listed on the truCrowd website must be based in, and limited to, .
